Structural Drying
Air movers and dehumidifiers pull water back out of drywall, framing and flooring.
Structural DryingTucson Flood Restoration serves Green Valley and the communities along I-19 south of the city. Many homes here are single-story, part of an HOA, and empty for part of the year — which is how a small leak turns into a room full of ruined drywall before anyone opens the door.

Structural Drying
A split supply line or a failed water heater can soak half a house before anyone sees it.
Burst Pipe Cleanup
Wet drywall, carpet pad and cabinet bases can start growing mold within a couple of days.
Mold RemediationThe housing here is mostly single-story slab construction in planned communities, much of it built from the 1970s onward. That age range matters for plumbing: original copper under a slab develops pinhole leaks after decades of hard water, and homes built between the early 1980s and the mid 1990s may have polybutylene supply lines that grow brittle with age.
The seasonal pattern is the other half of the story. When a house is closed up from May to October with the thermostat set high, a failed supply line, a leaking water heater or an overflowing air conditioning drain pan runs unnoticed for weeks. By the time somebody arrives, the question is rarely whether the drywall can be dried.
If you are out of state, give us a neighbor, a property manager or a key holder who can open the door and confirm access.
The length of time the water ran is the single biggest factor in what has to come out. An honest estimate helps more than a guess at the cause.
Work hours, gate procedures and where equipment trucks can park are worth mentioning when you schedule.
A leak found weeks late is usually a removal job rather than a drying job, and there may be growth on the wet material. The restore versus replace guide explains how that is decided, and mold remediation covers what containment involves. If it was caught quickly, drying in place is the better path.
Nearby Sahuarita is covered too; see the full service area for everywhere else.
The price follows how long the water ran, how far it spread and how much comes out, so it is set after someone reads the building. Tucson Flood Restoration explains each part of the scope before starting, which matters especially when you are approving work from out of state. Start here and we will talk it through.

In most cases, yes. Calls are taken 24/7 and an active leak is dispatched first. If the house is empty and the leak has already stopped, a scheduled visit the next day is often more practical — we will tell you which applies.
Shut the water off at the main and leave it off. Do not switch on the air conditioning to dry the place out if a drain backed up, and do not move wet material before it is photographed. Then call so the extent can be measured rather than guessed.
Turn the water off at the main when the house is empty, have somebody walk through it regularly, and keep the thermostat somewhere sensible rather than off. Ask a neighbor or manager to check for stains, smells and running meters.
It is common, because growth needs wet material and a long leak supplies plenty of it. That does not mean the whole house is affected. Tucson Flood Restoration finds the moisture source first, then contains and removes what is actually affected — see how remediation works.
Tell us what got wet, where it started and whether the water has stopped, and the right crew and equipment can be sent.
